The Feast of Unleavened Bread
The Feast of Unleavened Bread was commanded to be observed yearly in Leviticus 23:5-8 for seven days in the Spring season. The first and last days were to be holy convocations.
See WHY in the article below:

Here is an outdated Bible lesson about this feast:

NOTICE: While going through these lessons, please realize that they are missing the perspective of HOLYDAYS 2 & 3 being the next BIG EVENTS on earth - not the return of Christ on HOLYDAY 4.
Lesson 26 mistakenly teaches that the Passover is not the first day of unleavened bread and is not a holyday. It mistakenly teaches that the holyday is on the next day, on the 15th, making the 15th the first day of unleavened bread and the 21st day the last day of unleavened bread and a holyday. This is in direct conflict with Exodus 12:18 which clearly excludes the 21st day from being included in the count of the seven days.

The holydays are on the 14th and 20th days of the first month of God's calendar!
The word "until" in Ex 12:18 is also used in Ex 12:6 and indicates that both the 14th and 21st are not included.
Also, it mistakenly teaches that the Night Much Observed is on the 15th, when it should be on the 14th when the lambs were slain and eaten, the death angel killed all of the Egyptian firstborn at midnight, and the Israelites quickly began leaving Egypt after midnight. It is also important to realize that it was about midnight in the Garden of Gethsemane when Jesus agonized and then fully accepted the Father's will for him to die for mankind as the Lamb of God. This is why we should solemnly observe this night because of the magnitude of what Jesus did that night in the garden as the Firstborn who died that mankind could live forever in God's family. Truly, Jesus died at midnight while in prayer with the Father, just as the Egyptians died at midnight with the death angel, even though He didn't physically die until about 3pm on Passover 15 hours later.
So, being one day late in keeping these first two holydays of God's Plan is quite an insult to God and may cause one to be late for and miss out on Holyday 3, Pentecost!
The Bible lesson cited above was produced by Ambassador College and the Worldwide Church of God under Herbert W. Armstrong's (HWA) leadership (1934-1986). HWA was not given the insight into Holydays 2 & 3 and their connection to Revelation 4 & 5. And HWA eventually corrected the observance of Pentecost from Monday to Sunday after the word "from" was understood to mean "from and including" (Lev 23:15). And also Passover was never observed as the first Holyday of the seven days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This was a major mistake which was never corrected, and I believe this mistake kept the true church from ever understanding the awesome GOOD NEWS about the pending fulfillment of Holydays 2 & 3.
That new insight of GOOD NEWS of Holydays 2 & 3 appears to have been reserved for the messenger of Isaiah 41:25-29, in accord with Isaiah 42:9; 43:18-21; 48:6-8.
It also appears that only those who are keeping the correct days will ever truly understand this GOOD NEWS.
And that GOOD NEWS is that the Feast of Unleavened Bread has two Holydays that are equally important to mankind's salvation. Holyday 1 was Passover with Jesus dying atone for all sins. Holyday 2 is the Last Day of Unleavened Bread with God delivering the First Fruits at the end of the seven church eras of Revelation 2-3 so that they can then fulfill Holyday 3 as Christ's wife and the Holy Nation witness of God's Way of Life.
See how important Holyday 2 is here:
