HOLYDAY 2 FOCUS NOW
As followers of Jesus, our FOCUS should have been on HOLYDAY 2 ever since Holyday 1, Passover, was fulfilled by Jesus Christ.
So why wasn't it?
Why didn't the apostles ask when Holyday 2 was going to be fulfilled in Acts 1:6?
Instead they asked about Holyday 4.
WHY?
Especially when in Luke 4:18-19 Jesus told them His mission was to "proclaim release to the captives".
They should have been able to see the connection this mission had with the release of the captive Israelites from the Egyptians at the Red Sea on the 7th Day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
The answer to this question is provided in Acts 1:7 where Jesus said it was not for them to know the "seasons" (the Spring and Fall Harvest phases of the Father's plan) at that time.
It appears that this insight was withheld from them so that they would not lose focus on their main mission of witnessing to Holyday 1 being fulfilled by Jesus.
But Acts 1:7 also implies that it may be time for His followers TODAY to know the "times and seasons" of the Father's plan.
Wouldn't NOW be the time to announce the imminent fulfillment of Holyday 2, so that when the Desert Miracle of Isaiah 55:13 occurs that then as many people as possible will finally believe in God's Holyday Plan for mankind (Jn 13:19) and that they are now being called to help fulfill Holyday 3 as the holy nation of priests (Rev 5:9-10)?
This is the purpose and mission of this website.
It is time NOW to FOCUS on and ANNOUNCE the imminent fulfillment of HOLYDAY 2.
Notice that Jesus warned us to be "on the alert" and to be "ready", for He is coming at an hour we do not expect (Mt 24:42-44). Then in His very next parable He tells us "at midnight" the bridegroom will come (Mt 25:1-6) for His wedding.
Isn't this a clear clue that most people are not focused on the coming wedding of Christ and the Church on Pentecost (Holyday 3) because they are instead expecting the next event to be the coming of Christ to save the world on Holyday 4?
Clearly, Jesus is predicting this lack of FOCUS on Holyday 2. The "shout at midnight" is the Divine Miracle in the desert announcing the return of Jesus to marry the Church on Holyday 3, Pentecost, BEFORE the events of Holyday 4 occur.
I expect this "shout at midnight" will occur at the very end of the Laodicean era of the Church, which is where we are right now today.
Will we be "ready" to join the Bridegroom in the desert (Zech 2:10-11)?
