Passover Prayer for the BRIDE
A Passover Prayer for the BRIDE is recorded in John 17.
The use of terms that correlate closely to the intimacy associated with a marriage relationship is hard to miss.
Clearly, in John 17, Jesus is asking His Father to prepare the church to have an intimate and close relationship with Him just as when a man and wife become “one flesh”.
Paul even describes this physical marriage “oneness” as a TYPE of the relationship between Christ and the church, who is actually referred to as “the Bride, the wife of Lamb” in Revelation, and then calls this phenomenon “a great mystery”.
Notice that many will “join” to the Lord at a time in the near future when Jesus fulfills Holyday 3 by gathering His people to become a holy nation and kingdom of priests before the Great Tribulation.

Jesus also asked the Father to sanctify them, to set them apart, with the truth of His Word.
This washing of the church (bride) with the word is mentioned by Paul.
So we see that Jesus was thinking about the church becoming His bride as He prayed to His Father on that last Passover supper.
But did the Father answer this prayer?
Yes, I believe He did.
I believe the Father dramatically answered this prayer by sending an angel to Jesus as he agonized in the Garden of Gesthemene.
I believe this angel's message was what is written in Psalm 22:30-31.
The Father's encouraging message is that there will be a people in the end time that will recognize and appreciate what Jesus has done for them by dying on the cross!
The “posterity” in this verse is likely the end time BRIDE that acknowledges that Jesus has performed the work that fulfilled Holyday 1 as our Passover and then these believers will respond to His call to become the holy nation of priests that will fulfill Holyday 3, Pentecost, as His BRIDE.
The Passover is directly linked to this Bride being married to Christ on Pentecost because the 50-day count begins on the morrow after the Sabbath during the Feast of Passover and Unleavened Bread.
So Christ knew what He was doing would directly impact the success of the First Fruits Bride of Holyday 3.
By the Father ensuring that the Bride would succeed, Jesus was inspired to endure the trial of the cross.
And we today should be inspired to know that we who are believers now will soon constitute that very Bride that will truly and fully acknowledge what Jesus did for us, and will then become His Bride for an eternity.
The Passover Prayer for the BRIDE will have been miraculously answered by the Father whom Jesus proclaimed as the “rock” of His church who would call and teach every person to become part of the Bride.
