BAPTISM and LAW-KEEPING still REQUIRED in NT
The CLAIM that Jesus FULFILLED (4137) LAW-KEEPING FOR US in Matthew 5:17 so that we don't have to keep the Ten Commandments anymore in the New Testament is hereby REBUTTED by Acts 10:47-48 which shows the continued requirement of the ritual of BAPTISM in the New Testament even though Jesus likewise FULFILLED (4137) that requirement in Matthew 3:15.
The baptism of Jesus stands forever as a SYMBOL and EXAMPLE of LAW-KEEPING in the New Testament IN THE LETTER as well as in the Spirit as the correct standard of behavior in order to “fulfill all righteousness” and assimilate the Godly character and habits needed in eternity.
Jesus made it perfectly clear that LAW-KEEPING is STILL REQUIRED in the New Testament in Matthew 19:17-18 when He specifically referred to the TEN COMMANDMENTS - NOT some so-called “Seven Laws of Noah” or any other “traditions of men” that are used to subtly annul Commandment-Keeping by claiming the Old Testament Law is “done away”.

HOWEVER, the message of these scriptures is clear - The Ten Commandments are NOT "done away".

The Ten Commandments are for ASSIMILATION, not JUSTIFICATION.
See:

What was “done away” is the concept of JUSTIFICATION by LAW-KEEPING, since we are now justified BY FAITH in Jesus paying the penalty for our sins.

But does FAITH annul LAW-KEEPING?
DEFINITELY NOT according to both Paul, James and John!

It must be understood that God's Way of Life in eternity is defined by both the Ten Commandments and the Seven Holydays.
Jesus made it perfectly clear that living that Way of LAW-KEEPING is STILL REQUIRED in the New Testament by recording the continued practice of BAPTISM in His Word as supporting PROOF in Acts 10:47-48.
This requirement of BAPTISM in the New Testament is absolute PROOF that LAW-KEEPING is also still REQUIRED in the New Testament.
